Simona Fusco was born in Milan, Italy in 1978 and grew up in Vienna. She modeled from the age of 10 and when she was 15 Oliver Stone offered her the title role in a version of Lolita he planned to film. Her mother refused to allow her to take the part and it didn't matter anyway because it never came to fruition.
